Thanks to their high elasticity, the Minni – Bonnell springs play an important part in the branch of spring systems for upholstered furniture. In the modern upholstered furniture manufacture plants, the Minni – Bonnell springs are the most economical semi-finished products in confectioned foam panels. Regarding the large quantity of individual springs, wire of 2.0 - 2.2mm diameter has been used; it guarantees a point - elastic seat, like in case of pocket springs, or a comfortable reclining. Minni-Bonnell springs are manufactured by Chrupex in standard heights from 7 to 9 cm, in 4-coil system. Implementation of a steel frame at the upper edge, guarantees a much better durability and stability of product’s edges.

Longevity, effective processing and a higher seat comfort or a better reclining quality make Minni – Bonnell springs a star among different spring systems.

Steel band, class B (1800 - 2000 N/mm2) cold rolled

Packing:
Every 5 pieces are fastened into one unit
Rolled into paper wrappings in units consisting of 10-50 pcs, by means of compressing (in case of rolled packaging up to the height 8 cm only).
